It's a pleasure. Really! Thanks so much for the nice words. I'm one of those "lifelong learners" we always talk about. As for being "understanding", I try to remember what I was like at that age, so that helps me be a bit more tolerant. As I alluded to above, they're a hundred times better than I was at that age.
